Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are provided for Official WhatsApp Cloud API @ Lowest Cost In Market subscriptions and usage.

1. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the chosen billing period. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase of a paid plan. Renewals are non-refundable once the new period has started.

2. Messaging usage & credits

Amounts consumed as messaging usage or prepaid credits (WhatsApp/RCS/SMS/voice charges paid to operators) are non-refundable once messages have been sent or credits used, as these costs are incurred with third-party providers.

3. Voucher & promotional plans

Plans activated via vouchers, coupons or promotional offers are non-refundable.

4. Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged in error, twice, or for a service you could not access due to a fault on our side, we will investigate and refund the affected amount.

5. How to request a refund

Submit your request from your account dashboard with your account email, plan and reason. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published here at the time of your purchase applies.
