These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Official WhatsApp Cloud API @ Lowest Cost In Market (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for any business you register.

2. Acceptable use

  • Send messages only to recipients who have given the required consent, and comply with WhatsApp/Meta, RCS, telecom and DLT/anti-spam rules.
  • Do not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or bulk unsolicited (spam) content.
  • Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service.

3. Messaging channels & third parties

WhatsApp, RCS, SMS and voice features depend on third-party platforms and operators and are subject to their policies, approvals and availability. We are not responsible for third-party outages, template rejections or number bans caused by your usage.

4. Fees & payment

Paid plans and usage are billed as described at purchase. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of your data and content. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or abuse the messaging channels. You may cancel at any time from your account.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions can be raised through your account dashboard.
